TovTogether LLC – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by TovTogether LLC (“TovTogether”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you (“you”, “User”, or “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be between the ages of 21 and 42 to apply.

• You must identify as Jewish through your mother or by an approved Jewish conversion.

• You must be a resident of the United States and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Florida law.

• Minors (under 21) are strictly prohibited from using our services.

2. Matchmaking Services

• TovTogether is an online matchmaking platform. We aim to facilitate meaningful connections but do not guarantee matches to anyone simply by joining or participating.

• Participation requires a one-time, non-refundable entry fee. No refunds will be issued after payment is made.

3. Background Checks & Identity

• We DO NOT conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or vetting on applicants. You agree that you assume all risks when interacting with other users.

• You are solely responsible for your interactions and communications with other members.

4. Data Privacy & Security

• TovTogether uses standard measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from our platform.

• We are not liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your data.

• If data is transferred outside of the United States, we will ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Marketing Communications

By submitting your contact information and applying for membership, you automatically consent to receive:

• Emails, SMS messages, and other promotional materials

• Event invitations, updates, and news related to our services and events

You may opt out at any time using the instructions provided in our communications.

6. Membership Duration and Terms

• Your membership with TovTogether is indefinite from the date of acceptance unless terminated.

• TovTogether reserves the right to:

• Modify or terminate membership benefits, terms, and fees at any time

• Notify members of changes via email and/or updates to our website

• Suspend or terminate your membership for any violation of these Terms

7. Termination

Either you or TovTogether LLC may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason however, the fee to enter the pool is non-refundable. In addition, TovTogether LLC may, but is not obligated to, terminate your membership or access to the service, without notice, if you breach or fail to comply with any of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• You shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees previously paid.

• TovTogether LLC shall not be entitled to collect any unpaid fees that were not already due prior to termination.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully, including online and on social media. TovTogether has a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment

• Defamation

• Inappropriate content or behavior tied to our name or services

Inappropriate social media activity related to TovTogether may result in membership termination or legal action under Florida law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and services are the property of TovTogether LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without our written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TovTogether provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the reliability, accuracy, or success of any match, event, or service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

• TovTogether LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, bodily harm, lost data, or financial loss from using our platform or meeting other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Data Use, Confidentiality & Security

You agree that TovTogether LLC may store and process your personal information, including any sensitive personal information, in its servers for the following purposes:

• To provide you with high-quality matchmaking and dating services

• To communicate with you regarding your membership and service updates

• For marketing, promotional, statistical, legal, and accounting purposes

TovTogether LLC is committed to keeping your personal information secure and protected, and we do so by employing industry-standard security measures. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality of Member Information

All Clients and Members agree to:

• Keep strictly confidential any private information received about other Clients and Members through the course of their interactions and use of the service

• Refrain from disclosing or misusing any personal, private, or sensitive data of other Clients and Members

• Not use TovTogether’s platform or another Member’s information for any unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or criminal purpose

Violations of confidentiality obligations may result in:

• Immediate termination of the violator’s membership, at TovTogether LLC’s sole discretion

• Legal action by TovTogether LLC to enforce confidentiality and seek damages if appropriate

Additionally, all Members have the right to pursue legal action independently against another Member who breaches these confidentiality obligations or any other provision of this Agreement.
